For iOS users:
While we don’t have the ability to refund your purchase (only Apple can do that since they manage all the payment processing via the App store; they don't allow third party app developers to issue refunds).
To request a refund through Apple, follow these steps below:
Log in with your Apple ID
Find Glow in your Purchases list
Click on Report a Problem
In the Choose Problem dropdown, select "Didn't mean to purchase this item"
