Your partner will need the email invitation in order to confirm the connection. First, have them check their Spam and Promotional folders in their inbox. If they didn't receive the email, it may be a sign that you didn't input their email address properly. If they sign up with the email address you invited but you two aren't connected, this is likely the case. Disconnect the incorrect email address from your More page (iOS)/☰ page (Android) > Settings and try inviting the correct email address once more to connect your accounts.
If they're joining you on Glow, have them click "Get Started!" to set up an account.
If they're joining you on Nurture, have them click the "Invited by partner? Sign up here" link and set up an account.
