Congrats on your multiples! Unfortunately at the moment, Nurture's design is limited to displaying one baby on the home screen. But you can enable multiple related insights in the app by going to your Me/More page> baby profile > "I'm pregnant with" and updating the number of babies you are expecting. This will enable you to see 2-3 multiples-related articles a week, and we're working on enabling multiples-related insights too.
