The most common cause of missing data is signing into a new account rather than your old one. This happens a lot when switching between apps -especially if you used different email addresses to log in with each app.
Double check that you're logging in with the correct email address or phone number- and if you're not sure, reach out to us at support@glowing.com and we can help track down your original account.
If you're very sure you're logged into the correct account, you can try forcing an account refresh:
- For iOS users please go to your More page > Account Settings > Restore data from server.
- For Android users, please sign out of the app and sign back in.
If the data is not there, please write a ticket into our support team at support@glowing.com. Please describe the type of data that seems to be missing (daily logs, cycle predictions, charts, etc) and provide a screenshot if applicable.
