Before you take any drastic measures, we please ask that you check a few things:
- Try to trigger a server refresh. For iOS users please go to your More page > Account Settings > Restore data from server. For Android users, please sign out of the app and sign back in.
- If the data has not returned, please double check that you are logged into the correct account. Often times, we see users have multiple accounts
If the data is not there, please write a ticket into our support team at email@example.com. Please describe the type of data that seems to be missing (daily logs, cycle predictions, charts, etc) and provide a screenshot if applicable.
