Before you take any drastic measures, we please ask that you check a few things:
Double check that you’re logged onto the correct account. We often see users who have multiple accounts because they use different emails/emails with typos.
If the data is not there, please write a ticket into our support team at support@glowing.com. Please describe the type of data that seems to be missing (daily logs, cycle predictions, charts, etc) and provide a screenshot if applicable.
