Please double check that you have your app enabled to use data. Your app must be syncing with our server so that you can access your partner’s data in our app. To force a resync, please log out and back into the app (in Android) or in iOS, please use the relink app to server button in your account settings (more page/☰ > account settings > relink data from server). If this still does not help, please write to our support team with a screenshot of what you and your partner are seeing on your respective apps.
